Gentoo's IPv6 routing at OSUOSL is affected by Hurricane Electric's outage of
the `tserv14.sea1` endpoint. [Hurriance Electric status page](https://tunnelbroker.net/status.php)

All production services are dual-homed IPv4 & IPv6, and remain available, but delays may be present as clients fall back to IPv4.

Single-homed IPv6-only services, are not reachable at this time: all of which
are specific to development use cases and not reflected on this page.
