CAP_SHUTDOWN_SVDRP			- vdr has svdrp command DOWN to trigger a suto-hutdown after inactivity
CAP_SHUTDOWN_AUTO_RETRY		- vdr itself automatically retries shutdown after 10min
CAP_IRCTRL_RUNTIME_PARAM	- parametere --lirc and --rcu present
CAP_VFAT_RUNTIME_PARAM		- parameter --vfat present
CAP_UTF8					- vdr can cope with UTF8 itself
CAP_CHUID					- vdr can change UID itself (starting from vdr-1.3.38)
