sys-fs/fuse-common: move mount.fuse binary/man page to fuse pkg
Since >=fuse-3.3.0 the mount.fuse3 binary links against the fuse library so it can't be used as a common file between the slotted library versions. Now each slot will install their own man pages and binaries. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/672968 Signed-off-by: Tim Harder <radhermit@gentoo.org>
