+ * lib/autotest/general.m4 (AT_KEYWORDS): Expand argument prior to
+ converting it to lower case.
+ * tests/autotest.at (Keywords and ranges): Test this.
+ * NEWS: Document the fix.
+ * THANKS: Update.
