* dev-libs/cloog: drop to ~arm64Mart Raudsepp2018-05-131-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | Only gcc-4 and older needs this with USE=graphite, which was always p.use.masked fully. This p.use.mask has been dropped, but gcc-5 does not need cloog and older gcc are p.masked fully with the arch-specific p.use.mask of graphite for <gcc-5 kept as well. Instead of catching up in stable version with other architectures, drop all to ~arm64 instead as per above. Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.28, Repoman-2.3.9

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
