* dev-perl/Cache: Normalise variable orderKent Fredric2016-08-181-5/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This ebuild had a very unusual variable order where KEYWORDS was buried at the bottom. This makes any tooling that relies on determining keyword and dependency matches in a single pass more complicated and harder to be efficient, because it means you have to read the whole file in every case just in case keywords are declared after dependencies. Tooling that makes this mistake is fixable, but a more consistent standard of ebuild also helps a lot. Package-Manager: portage-2.3.0

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
