* dev-python/openpyxl: bump to 2.4.11Virgil Dupras2018-08-071-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | To avoid revdeps breaks and because this will be the target of a fast track stabilization (security), I avoid doing a double-major-version bump and limit the bump to the 2.4.x line. The 2.5 bump will be done separately with a regular stabilization process. Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/608714 Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.44, Repoman-2.3.10

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
