Add a libnma package with all the same keywords as nm-applet, so that packages linking to libnma or using NMA-1.0 via introspection can start depending on net-libs/libnma directly, especially if they don't use anything else out of nm-applet. Upcoming version bumps will make libnma shipped directly in libnma package, as upstream made it split at repository/tarball level in newer versions (1.8.25+).
