We keyworded in 79f1fc58 and d0b0913,
now we should drop the mask.

Lord knows why vapier masked these 14 years ago. Maybe it was simply
down to keywording but the profile is experimental now. Python
certainly works fine now and I even recall it working back then. crypt
at least works for glibc.

Valgrind doesn't support < ARMv7, so add a wide
mask and unmask specifically for ARMv7a.
See https://valgrind.org/info/platforms.html.
Noticed after hitting a build failure during testing:
"checking for a supported CPU... no (armv6j)
configure: error: Unsupported host architecture. Sorry"

Although a look at the code of ich_descriptors_tool, the only tool
currently installed by USE=tools, suggests there should be nothing
hardware-dependent there (it works with ICH image files, not ICH
chipsets themselves), upstream has decided to only compile it on
x86-compatible systems. Until it turns out someone is in fact
interested in running this tool on other architectures, honour their
decision.

On the one hand, the recently-added driver 'atapromise' requires
PCI-port I/O support and as such only works on amd64 and x86. On the
other, the fact the internal programmer is only supported on amd64/x86
(and mipsel, flashrom isn't keyworded for mips though) is now enforced
at the Makefile level instead of letting the users enable it but
aborting at run time on unsupported arches.
