This is the first gentoo release where we don't use rip-headers.sh
and use upstream tarball directly to provide us headers.
It will increase time and temporary space to unpack a tarball
but it should be comparable or smaller than other toolchain
packages like gcc or glibc. It's a reasonable price not to
maintain our header ripping tools. More maintainable solution
would be for upstream to provide headers-dist Makefile target
(and tarballs).

In June 2016 commit 81c226e451be564a545696f93fc5880ebc160812
broke support for kernel-version based ARCH detection for
i386, x86_64, ppc and powerpc64.
Not that many arches are left supporting these headers.
All of them should work fine on hewer kernels and toolchains.

Copied patchset from 4.13 as-is. Before KEYWORDS are restored
two things need to happen:
- distfiles should propagate to mirrors
- a few low-level packages need to pass basic tests. For a package list

We also stop deleting the /drm/ subdir since the libdrm package no

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
