Which council members plan to attend the FOSDEM 2011 edition?

\dev{betelgeuse}, \dev{jmbsvicetto}, and \dev{wired} are set to go. 
\dev{scarabeus} is a tentative maybe. \dev{jmbsvicetto} will try to arrange 
Saturday's dinner --- with possible help from \dev{patrick}. Further discussion 
was pushed to the existing FOSDEM thread on the gentoo-project mailing 
list.\footnote{Strangely, that thread cannot be found in the archives.}

The US council members (\dev{ferringb} and \dev{halcy0n}) have started a new 
discussion about the meeting time, as the current schedule doesn't work for 
them.

\dev{scarabeus} recalled that we should try to get a new LiveDVD (with a new 
codename) out soon, so we can have a bug release before FOSDEM.
