targets: Use gensquashfs instead of mksquashfs
We're using tar2sqfs from squashfs-tools-ng, so let's replace the usage of mksquashfs (from squashfs-tools) with gensquashfs. Signed-off-by: Matt Turner <mattst88@gentoo.org>
