media-tv/kodi: added 'eventclients' USE flag
Added 'evenclients' USE flag to enable installation of all available
kodi eventclients.
At the same time, always enabled 'ENABLE_EVENTCLIENTS' Kodi parameter
to use built-in mechanism for installation of 'kodi-send'.
