dev-libs/redland-bindings: migrate to lua.eclass
Other upstreams, take note - THIS is how one distributes language bindings!
IMHO the only thing that could still be better here is if they supported
out-of-tree builds so that it isn't necessary to copy the sources.
Builds, tests and installs fine for all Lua implementations currently
in the tree so list them all as supported.
