dev-ruby/regexp_parser: add ruby30; fix tests
Fix tests by running them in the correct ruby interpreter rather than the default one. This also exposed a missing test dependency more clearly. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/772224 Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.18, Repoman-3.0.2 Signed-off-by: Hans de Graaff <graaff@gentoo.org>
