profiles/prefix/darwin/macos/arch/ppc/package.mask: update binutils-apple
drop masks for removed versions
unmask binutils-apple-8.2.1-r100,
for it compiles with FSF GCC and is able to build FSF GCC.
(e.g. we can deprecate gcc-apple!)
