profiles: clarify mask for Plasma 6
Make clear that you shouldn't unmask Plasma 6 unless you're ready -- in some cases, it seems Portage might show the user the mask message as a result of backtracking even though they're not trying to unmask any of Plasma 6. Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>

# - enable USE=kf6compat globally
