sys-kernel/ck-sources: experimental USE handling / 4.13 EOL
user-facing einfo message for genpatches-related USE
update metadata.xml (with URL) for experimental USE
removal of legacy K_EXP_* (workaround) behavior
converted to IUSE experimental (via kernel-2.eclass)
user-facing ewarn message advising users of EOL
