Also replace postinst upgrade elog by a generic dependency
warning. ytfzf has addons/methods which can add a lot of misc
dependencies while having more niche use-cases (e.g. only for
sway, or only with kitty terminal). Users of these should
already have necessary dependencies and adding more optfeatures
doesn't seem necessary.
As for old warning, <2.0 barely existed in-tree and there's
no need to keep it forever.

Switching to egetent wasn't very useful given the limited use-cases
where nvidia-drivers can be installed (and there's no egetgroupid)
but, given there's talk to improve its ROOT / crossdev support, it
may be good to finally change this.
Also add sanity-check to ensure we got a number, still skip assert
so failure will give the sanity-check's error message.

The IUSE=gtk flag on ibus was split into IUSE=gui and IUSE=gtk3, so we need to
update this. I'm not confident in what gnome-shell actually requires, but since
it depends on x11-libs/gtk+:3 and gui-libs/gtk:4 already and both are enabled
by default in ibus, I'm going to play it safe and require both.

Now that we have separated IUSE=gtk3 from IUSE=gtk, IUSE=gtk only
enables the UI, so we rename it to IUSE=gui to be more in line with
Gentoo policies.
Additionally, move the gtk dependencies out of the gui? ( ... ) block,
since the functionality they control (namely the IM modules) can be
enabled independently of the UI.
