Subject: [PATCH] packaging: Fix pidfile handling in openrc init script
Variable is referenced as PLUTO_PIDFILE in start() and stop().
Also, don't initialize PLUTO_OPTS to blank; this allows the sysadmin to
set it in /etc/conf.d/ipsec.
