Revert "net-misc/dahdi-tools: treeclean"
This reverts commit b195f220594513e94954633d2c754ddd1f253fd7. Removal date was not yet met & there are plans to possibly resurrect dahdi, per the bug. Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/914477 Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>
