virtual/linuxtv-dvb-headers has been important in the past when
linux-headers was not yet up-to-date.
Now it just pulls in sys-kernel/linux-headers.
Even that could be dropped as it is part of @system.
But this might not be valid everywhere.

We shouldn't enable CPU_FLAGS_* by default. Users don't
mask or explicitly disable flags they don't have, they just
enable the ones they _do_ have.

This commit will partly revert commit 6aa84187fb7703127477455b57e2ad41b4f6bcdd.
After discussion on IRC we agreed that these no-op USE flags don't make
any sense.

* mplayer can use both
- media-sound/jack-audio-connection-kit (aka jack1)
- media-sound/jack2 (aka jack2)
and hence requires a dependency on virtual/jack to be
able to use any one of them.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
