+Revisiting the status of HPPA [2]
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
+
+Consensus was that while still a lot of work needs to be done, hppa is 
+clearly improving. The topic will be revisited at the next meeting.
+
+
+The big GLEP reform - Importing GLEPs in RST [3], GLEP 1/2 updates [4]
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
+
+The council voted on the following two things together:
+a) to confirm the conversion of all GLEPs from Mediawiki to RST as
+   prepared by mgorny and ulm, see 
+   https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=630882#c3
+b) and to confirm the required changes to GLEP 1/2, see 
+   https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=631338
+
+The changes were approved unanimously (6 yes).
+
+The future authoritative location of the raw GLEP data will be

+

+The Git pre-GLEP [5]
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
+
+After short discussion, the draft GLEP at [5] was approved (pending 
+editorial changes and conversion to RST) by unanimous vote (6 yes).
+
+
+Banning empty dependency groups like "|| ( )" or "foo? ( )" in PMS [6]
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
+
+With 5 yes votes, 1 abstention, 1 absent, the council
+a) approves the PMS changes as detailed in [7] and
+b) note that the PMS team shall come up with a proposal for the next 
+   EAPI to define a behavior that seems correct in terms of the 
+   dependency resolver and our uses
+

+Open Floor
+----------------------------------------------------------------------
+
+* A brief discussion on proposed features of EAPI 7 and the status of
+  HPPA took place.
+* mgorny and ulm volunteered to join the GLEP editors to help with the
+  new workflow.
+* Stable portage is ready for the transition to new Manifest hashes, 
+* A stand for FOSDEM 2018 has been requested.
+
